We had only dreamed of a place like Lonesome Dove Ranch seven months ago when God dropped the opportunity to purchase this property into our laps. It became a reality in 2015 because many of you said, “yes,” to help create a place where healing happens in the lives of rural pastors, and abused and neglected children. I have often said that the goodness of God has to get through the hands of somebody. We are so grateful that somebody has been you!
Less than a month ago, Lonesome Dove Ranch played host to a historic and special event when we welcomed the children and families of Northplace Church’s Orphan Care Ministry to a Fall festival. These are only the first of many who will find healing, refuge, and resource on these 120 acres.

We are both humbled and grateful for your trust, prayer, and support on this journey. As we prepare to gather with friends and family today, we echo the words of the Apostle Paul when he wrote to the Philippians, “I thank my God in all my remembrance of you,” (Philippians 1:3) and for all that you mean to the work of God we are accomplishing together at Lonesome Dove Ranch!
We wish you joy, peace, safe travels, and a wonderful Thanksgiving with those you love.
For the broken,
Bryan & Haley Jarrett
